Simply fill out our quick estimate request, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with an estimate. During this time, we’ll also clarify any necessary details. Once you book your cleaning, you’ll receive a confirmation email and our client guidelines to review, sign, and return before your cleaning. Absolutely! Many clients choose to set a specific number of hours to stay within their budget. We charge hourly and will work with you to prioritize the main areas during your scheduled time. Please note, we have a 3-hour minimum.
After your cleaning, we’ll email an invoice due upon receipt. Pay via debit/credit card, check, or at our office. Unpaid invoices must be cleared before services can resume, and repeat late payments may require prepayment. A card on file is optional and only charged if payment is overdue by 7 days
Cancellations require 48-hour notice via email or voicemail. Late cancellations incur a 25% charge, and same-day cancellations are charged 50%. Rescheduling can be arranged, and all cancellations must go through our office.

We’ll work to resolve issues through repair, replacement, or insurance claims if needed. For irreplaceable items, please store them securely. Pre-existing damage or improper installations are excluded. Share concerns during booking for peace of mind.
